Why does God allow evil to exist? Bad things to happen?
God gave human beings freedom to choose to make decisions (Deuteronomy 30:15-19). We must live with the consequences. We live in an imperfect world. Some things we cannot understand, but we entrust them to God (Romans 11:33; 2 Corinthians 4:17-18).

How can I be "filled with the Holy Spirit"?
When a person becomes a Christian, the Holy Spirit enters the person’s life (Romans 5:5).
A person must confess sin, present self to Christ as Lord, and claim the promise of His presence. Jesus taught about the work of the Holy Spirit (John 14:1 to 16:33). The Holy Spirit will fill us as we allow Him to do so (Acts 1:8; 4:8-13).

How can I know God’s will?
If a person trusts God with all his or her heart and tries to follow His commands, the Bible gives the promise of leadership (Proverbs 3:5-6).

God is the source of truth and the Bible helps us to know Him (Psalms 27:1). The Bible has been preserved for centuries. People have found that the principles of the Bible work in their lives (2 Timothy 3:16).
